Our staff are cherished with training and ongoing education. They get to enjoy the products and their ambitions and talents are nurtured. Unsurprisingly then, the ‘Aubrey Allen Long Service Awards’ is a big event, where staff who have worked for 10, 20 and in some cases over 30 years are celebrated and recognised.
The overall wellbeing of our staff is of paramount importance to us. We are accredited with the Good Business Charter, recognising good business practices. It measures over ten components from employee inclusion and diversity to payment of our suppliers. We have also undertaken workshops from industry professionals which include a range of topics from monetary advice to health checks, all cost-free and during working hours.
