Earl Stonham Pure Wagyu
Earl Stonham Farm in Suffolk is home to our grass fed English Wagyu. Welfare is of utmost paramount to farmer Andrew Deacon who raises the wonderful pure-bred Wagyu on the 600 acre farm in Suffolk and finishes on grain. We are delighted to offer our retail guests a choice of wonderful wagyu cuts.
Aubrey’s South West English Lamb
Naturally reared in the West Country for perfect flavour and tenderness.
With a range of cuts from a whole leg of lamb to escalopes. Ask about our succulent lamb kebabs and lamb and coriander burgers.
Jimmy Butler free-range pork
Naturally bred for outstanding succulence and flavour. Blythburgh pigs are happy pigs! From roasting joints with plenty of crackling to midweek pork chops. And don’t forget about our award winning sausages! We hand make over 40 varieties, many of them gold medal award winners.
Cotswold White Chicken
A rare breed revived for us by Robert Caldecott with ‘old-time’ flavour and texture.
We have a variety of cuts including breast portions, whole birds perfect for roasting and stunning pieces like the ballontine, a boned out chicken leg that we prepare with sausage meat, red wine and redcurrant.

We’ve got an ever-changing range of our Chef-prepared ready meals in the shop. Every dish has been hand-prepared by our own chefs and packaged for your convenience, it’s simply a case of heat and serve to achieve restaurant-quality dishes in your own home. All our recipes use Aubrey Allen’s naturally produced, free-range products and we always stock vegetarian and fish options. Our portions are generous so a meal for two will often serve three!
And to complete the Aubrey Allen Experience don’t forget the desserts! You’ll find a great range to complement your selected chef-prepared main course and starters.

From pâtés and saucisson to something more British like pork pies and succulent Aubrey Allen free-range cooked hams. Our terrines arrive direct from Saint Saviour in the south west of France and we trawl the food markets of Europe to find the very best in European Charcuterie. For a real taste of Normandy, our French charcuterie comes from third generation meat curers, Roches Blanches. With the renowned seal of approval ‘Label Rouge’ you can rest assured that all of our French cured meats and Saucisson comply with clean, green, ethical standards.
