Our free range Cornish lamb live on the rolling hills of the South West coast. They enjoy the pastures in the fresh sea air, foraging for nutrients & wild berries amongst the lush grass.

Our boned & rolled shoulder of lamb is lovingly prepared by the butcher so you can pop it straight in the oven for that low & slow, sweet & tender roast!

This is the perfect dinner choice as we roll from autumn into the dark, cold nights of winter. A hearty, warming plate of deliciousness. We recommend roasting with your favourite winter veg & dauphinoise or roast potatoes. We think lamb goes particularly well with spiced red cabbage and carrot & swede mash!

It is also delicious on the BBQ or in a casserole. Try marinating with garlic & Rosemary for a taste sensation you won’t forget!
