Aubrey’s Cheeses of the week: Comté & Shropshire Blue

Two exceptional cheeses for your board:
Comté: Comté (matured for 30 months) is a classic cheese that’s made from unpasteurised cow’s milk in the Franche-Comté region of Eastern France. With roasted nut aromas, a crunchy texture, and sweet finish, Comté promises to be a very welcome addition to your cheeseboard!
Shropshire Blue: Shropshire Blue is a creamy, well rounded, vegetarian cheese, made with pasteurised cows’ milk. With it’s bright orange colour & distinctive blue veins, it sits well on any seasonal cheeseboard. We thoroughly enjoy this cheese with chutney & crackers, melted on toast or just to be nibbled. It’s truly delicious.
