Aubrey Allen’s Butchery School is the perfect gift for the ‘foodie’ in your life! Our master butchers will guide the students through making the most from their meat and provide them with fantastic practical skills to use at home. See our Butchery School page for more information. Attendees will take home all of the meat they prepare on the night as well as enjoying a supper of our favourite delicatessen dishes and wine.
